The scan says it couldn't read my photo
Hold the phone at eye level, find soft, even light and keep a relaxed face. Only one face should be in the photo. Nothing is sent until you agree on the consent screen.
What happens to my photo?
It is analysed once to build your results and plan, then it is not kept on our servers. Location and camera data are removed before upload. A small copy of your latest scan stays on your phone.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Today, tap the gear, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Peakgenic. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Today, tap the gear, then Delete account. This removes your account, your reports and the photos on your phone.
Who can use Peakgenic?
Adults 18 and over, with a photo of themselves. Peakgenic gives grooming, skin and style ideas. It is not medical advice and it never rates how anyone looks.
